The invention provides a safety braking system and method for manned driving equipment. The safety braking system comprises the steps that passenger condition data and surrounding environment data on the equipment in the running process of the equipment are collected; and judging whether the passenger has an abnormal condition or not according to the passenger condition data, judging whether the surrounding environment of the equipment has an abnormal condition or not according to the surrounding environment data, and executing emergency braking on the equipment when the passenger has the abnormal condition and the surrounding environment of the equipment has the abnormal condition. By monitoring passengers on the equipment and the surrounding environment of the equipment, whether emergency braking is needed or not is comprehensively judged, the equipment can be automatically and safely stopped as soon as possible under the emergency situation, and the personal safety of the passengers is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种载人驾驶设备的安全制动系统和方法,采集设备行驶中设备上的乘员状况数据以及周边环境数据;根据乘员状况数据判断乘员是否出现异常状况,根据周边环境数据判断设备的周边环境是否出现异常状况,当乘员出现异常状况且设备周边环境出现异常状况时,对设备执行紧急制动。通过对设备上的乘员和设备周边环境进行监测,综合判断是否需要紧急制动,在出现紧急情况下,尽快的让设备能够自动安全的停止下来,保证乘坐人人身安全。
