The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cell energy management control systems, and discloses an energy management method based on a commercial vehicle fuel cell, which comprises a power output control system, and a power source and an energy consumption system which are respectively connected with the power output control system, the power source comprises a fuel cell system and a power cell system, the energy consumption system comprises a driving system and other power utilization systems, when energy management is carried out, current whole vehicle power consumption is calculated, the whole vehicle power consumption comprises driving power consumption of the driving system and other power of the other power utilization systems, and the power output control system distributes corresponding energy supply requirements to the power battery system and the fuel battery system according to the whole vehicle power consumption. And the relative balance between the energy consumption power of the energy consumption system and the output power provided by the power source is ensured. According to the energy management method based on the commercial vehicle fuel cell, the durability of the fuel cell system is improved, and the hydrogen consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及燃料电池能量管理控制系统技术领域,公开了一种基于商用车燃料电池的能量管理方法,包括动力输出控制系统及与动力输出控制系统分别连接的动力源和能量消耗系统,动力源包括燃料电池系统和动力电池系统,能量消耗系统包括驱动系统和其它用电系统,进行能量管理时,计算当前整车功耗,整车功耗包括驱动系统的驱动功耗和其它用电系统的其他功率,动力输出控制系统根据整车功耗,对动力电池系统和燃料电池系统分配相应的供能需求,保证能量消耗系统的能量消耗功率与动力源提供的输出功率相对平衡。本发明基于商用车燃料电池的能量管理方法,提高了燃料电池系统的耐用性,降低了氢耗。
