The invention discloses a method for controlling the maximum speed of a pure electric logistics vehicle in the field of speed control of pure electric vehicles, which comprises a pure electric logistics vehicle control system, the system further comprises a whole vehicle controller, a motor controller, a driving motor, a speed reducer and wheels, and the whole vehicle controller is in communication connection with the motor controller through a CAN (Controller Area Network); when the vehicle speed reaches the maximum vehicle speed set value and the output torque of the motor is 0, if the vehicle speed is always increased and exceeds the preset maximum vehicle speed, it is judged that the vehicle is in the downhill working condition, and the vehicle control unit outputs the negative torque instruction, so that the motor is in the energy recovery state, and the rotating speed of the motor is forced to be reduced; according to the control strategy that energy recovery is introduced to forcibly limit the maximum vehicle speed, it can be effectively guaranteed that the maximum vehicle speed of the vehicle can be limited to the preset value under the long downhill working condition, and therefore personal and property safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了纯电动车辆的车速控制领域的一种纯电动物流车的最高车速的控制方法,包括纯电动物流车控制系统,该系统进一步包括整车控制器、电机控制器、驱动电机、减速器和车轮,整车控制器与电机控制器采用CAN通讯连接;本发明在当车速达到最高车速设定值时,电机的输出扭矩为0的状态下,如果车辆的车速一直在增加,超过预设最高车速,则判断为车辆处于下坡工况,整车控制器输出负扭矩指令,使电机处于能量回收状态,迫使电机转速降低,从而使最高车速降低到预设的最高车速,这种引入能量回收来强制限制最高车速的控制策略,能有效保障车辆在长下坡工况下也能将最高车速限制在预设值,从而保障人身财产安全。
