The invention relates to a channel service level evaluation method and device considering waterway traffic characteristics, and the method comprises the steps: determining a researched channel region, and building a rectangular coordinate system; performing traffic flow observation on the channel area to obtain traffic data in the channel area; calculating parameter values of the speed, the density and the flow of the waterway traffic flow characteristics according to the definition of the speed, the density and the flow of the waterway traffic flow characteristics; drawing a waterway traffic flow basic diagram according to the calculated flow, density and speed of the waterway traffic flow characteristics, and obtaining an optimal density value from the waterway traffic flow basic diagram; and dividing density values of five grades according to the optimal density value, and drawing a division result into a speed-flow relational graph of the waterway traffic flow basic diagram to complete drawing of the waterway service level on the basic diagram. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that channel state information calculation is more accurate, evaluation grades are finer, and evaluation habits of people in China are better met.

    本发明涉及一种考虑水路交通特征的航道服务水平评价方法及设备,该方法包括:确定研究的航道区域,并建立直角坐标系;对航道区域进行交通流观测,获取航道区域内的交通数据;根据考虑水路交通流特征的速度、密度和流量的定义,计算水路交通流特征的速度、密度和流量的参数值;根据计算的水路交通流特征的流量、密度和速度,绘制水路交通流基本图,并从水路交通流基本图中获得最优密度值;按照最优密度值划分五个等级的密度值,并将划分结果绘制到水路交通流基本图的速度‑流量关系图中,完成航道服务水平在基本图上的绘制。与现有技术相比,本发明具有计算航道状态信息更加准确、评价等级更细更符合我国人民评价习惯等优点。
