The invention discloses a vehicle remaining oil quantity display design method, which belongs to the technical field of vehicle detection, and comprises the following steps of: acquiring whole vehicle instrument definition data, and setting oil quantity display grids for a vehicle instrument according to the whole vehicle instrument definition data; obtaining the volume requirement and boundary data of the fuel tank of the whole vehicle, designing the fuel tank according to the volume requirement and boundary data of the fuel tank of the whole vehicle, and generating a fuel tank height volume curve; determining an oil pump height resistance relation according to the fuel tank height volume curve; designing an oil pump floater rod and a sensor conduction band according to the oil pump height resistance value relation; according to the oil pump height resistance value relation and the fuel tank height volume curve, a jump signal point value is set for the vehicle instrument, and a resistance value platform is arranged at the jump grid oil quantity displaying position; performing a multi-parameter test on the vehicle instrument to obtain a corresponding test result, comparing the corresponding test result with a design value to judge whether the corresponding test result is consistent with the design value, and if so, executing the next step; executing a refueling mode display design strategy on the vehicle instrument; and executing an oil reduction mode display design strategy on the vehicle instrument.

    本发明公开了一种车辆剩余油量显示设计方法,属于车辆检测技术领域,包括:获取整车仪表定义数据,并根据其对车辆仪表设置油量显示分格;获取整车油箱容积要求及边界数据,根据所述整车油箱容积要求及边界数据对燃油箱进行设计并生成燃油箱高度容积曲线;根据所述燃油箱高度容积曲线确定油泵高度阻值关系;根据所述油泵高度阻值关系对油泵浮子杆及传感器导带进行设计;根据所述油泵高度阻值关系和燃油箱高度容积曲线对所述车辆仪表设定跳变信号点数值以及显示跳格油量位置设置阻值平台;对所述车辆仪表进行多参数测试得到相应测试结果,根据所述相应测试结果与设计值进行比对判断是否一致,若是则执行下一步骤;对所述车辆仪表执行加油模式显示设计策略;对所述车辆仪表执行减油模式显示设计策略。
