本发明提供了一种耐切割、低生热矿用轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法、矿用轮胎。本发明的耐切割、低生热矿用轮胎胎面胶,采用丁苯橡胶配合超高白炭黑及硅烷偶联剂的组合方式,来实现耐切割、低生热性能的同步提升;硅烷偶联剂的用量经过理论计算,及多次试验论证,控制在白炭黑用量的7~8%可以得到很好的综合性能;采用新型低滞后高补强N129炭黑来平衡生热性能,提升胶料的强伸积,进一步提升抗切割性能;采用低门尼高强力再生胶来改善加工性能,并进一步降低了配方设计成本;发明了一种新的具备耐切割、低生热综合性能的矿用轮胎胎面配方,使轮胎的综合适应性能大幅度提高,降低了轮胎的早期故障率,从而延长了使用寿命,并提高了轮胎的安全性。
