The invention discloses a preparation method of a mining tire tread, and belongs to the technical field of tire production. The preparation method comprises the following steps that materials are prepared, specifically, rubber materials required by the tire tread are prepared according to a formula; mixing is carried out, specifically, the prepared materials are prepared into tread rubber in an internal mixer; extrusion molding is carried out, specifically, the prepared tread rubber is put into an extruder for extrusion molding; the tread rubber is extruded from a machine head, enters a preforming die and is divided into two parts, one part flows through a first channel to reach a first rubber outlet to form an upper tread, and the other part flows through a second channel to reach a second rubber outlet to form a lower tread; the upper tread and the lower tread converge on a die plate and jointly flow through the die plate, so that extrusion of the tire tread is completed; and vulcanizing is carried out, specifically, the prepared tire tread is vulcanized in a vulcanizing machine, taken out and ground to obtain a finished product. The tread finished product obtained by the preparation method is compact in quality, stable in size and few in air holes in rubber, and can be effectively prevented from being punctured by sharp substances on the ground.
本发明公开了一种矿用轮胎胎面的制备方法,属于轮胎生产技术领域,该制备方法包括配料,将轮胎胎面所需胶料按配方进行配料;混炼,将配好的物料在密炼机中制成胎面胶;挤出成型,将制备得到的胎面胶放入挤出机中挤出成型;胎面胶由机头挤出,进入预口型被分为两部分,一部分流过第一通道到达第一出胶口形成上部胎面,另一部分流过第二通道到达第二出胶口形成下部胎面;所述上部胎面和下部胎面在口型板汇合,共同流过口型板,完成轮胎胎面的挤出;硫化,将制备得到的轮胎胎面放入硫化机中进行硫化后取出打磨得到成品。该制备方法得到的胎面成品质地紧密、尺寸稳定、胶内气孔少,有效地防止地面尖锐物质的穿刺。
