The invention discloses a hydraulic system suitable for catching Antarctic krill, which comprises a main pressure oil pipeline P, a brake oil pipeline Br, an oil return pipeline T, a first oil drainage pipeline L0, a second oil drainage pipeline Lb, a flushing pipeline Hx, six groups of oil ways arranged in parallel, ten control devices respectively used for controlling operation of various winches, and a left and right trawl winch synchronous control valve group, the twelve main pump set assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side, the two control pump sets are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side, all oil ways are sequentially connected with an electric proportional reversing valve, a shuttle valve, a balance valve, a one-way valve, an electromagnetic reversing valve, an overflow valve and a hydraulic motor, through the modularized and integrated optimization design, the weight and the size of a product are reduced, and the light weight effect is achieved; installation and use are more convenient. A pipe hole of the valve block is optimized, and noise and vibration are reduced. Through the control operation of each control device, the efficient fishing operation of the euphausia superba can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种适用于南极磷虾捕捞的液压系统,包括主压力油管路P、刹车油管路Br、回油管路T、第一泄油管路L0、第二泄油管路Lb、冲洗管路Hx,并行设置的六组油路,10个分别用于控制各种绞车运行的控制装置,1个左右拖网绞车同步控制阀组,12个左右舷对称布置主泵组总成,两个左右舷对称布置的控制泵组,各油路依次连接电比例换向阀、梭阀、平衡阀、单向阀、电磁换向阀,溢流阀、液压马达,通过模块化,集成化的优化设计,使产品的重量和体积减少,达到了轻量化的效果,安装使用更加方便。对阀块的管孔进行了优化,减少了噪音和振动。通过对各控制装置的控制操作,可以实现对南极磷虾的高效捕捞作业。
