The invention relates to a mine skip vertical shaft ore loading system and an ore conveying method thereof.The ore conveying method is applied to the mine skip vertical shaft ore loading system, and the mine skip vertical shaft ore loading system comprises a mineral aggregate conveying structure, metering equipment arranged on the mineral aggregate conveying structure and an adjustable unloading station arranged at the tail end of the mineral aggregate conveying structure in the conveying direction. The adjustable unloading station is used for obliquely unloading mineral aggregate into a skip bucket and conveying the mineral aggregate to an ore loading chamber through a winch, and the method comprises the following steps that in the process that ore is conveyed to the adjustable unloading station through a mineral aggregate conveying structure, ore parameters measured by metering equipment are obtained, and the ore parameters comprise the weight and the height of the ore; determining a target unloading angle of the adjustable unloading station according to the ore parameters; when it is detected that the ore is transported to the target unloading point position of the adjustable unloading station, the adjustable unloading station is controlled to be adjusted to the target unloading angle, so that the ore is unloaded into the skip bucket based on the unloading speed associated with the target unloading angle; and the winch is controlled to transport the ore in the skip bucket into the ore loading chamber.
