The invention relates to the technical field of mining, in particular to a mine skip bucket lifting loading power compensation system which comprises a shaft, a skip bucket, a lifting machine and an ore loading device, the lifting machine drives the skip bucket and a tail rope hung at the bottom of the skip bucket to move up and down through a head rope, and the power compensation device is arranged below the loading position of the skip bucket. The power compensation device abuts against the skip bucket to prevent the skip bucket from sinking excessively. Compared with the prior art, the mine skip bucket hoisting and loading power compensation system has the advantages that firstly, the sinking displacement of the skip bucket can be compensated during ore loading, secondly, passing of the skip bucket during normal over-discharging is not affected, and thirdly, by arranging a hoist steel wire rope tension pre-tightening system, when the skip bucket is hoisted again after loading is completed, the hoisting speed of the skip bucket is increased, and the service life of the skip bucket is prolonged. Tension fluctuation of the steel wire rope is avoided, and stable operation of the system, especially the steel wire rope is ensured.
本发明涉及矿山开采技术领域,具体为一种矿井箕斗提升装载动力补偿系统,包括井筒、箕斗、提升机、矿石装载装置,所述提升机通过首绳带动所述箕斗和所述箕斗底部悬挂的尾绳上下运动,在所述箕斗的装载位置下方设置有动力补偿装置,所述动力补偿装置抵住所述箕斗以防止箕斗下沉量过大。与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的一种矿井箕斗提升装载动力补偿系统:第一,可实现在箕斗装矿时对其下沉位移进行补偿,第二,不影响箕斗正常过放时的通过,第三,通过设置提升机钢丝绳张力预紧系统,使箕斗装载完成后重新提升时,避免出现钢丝绳的张力波动,保证系统特别是钢丝绳平稳运行。
