The invention discloses a cooling system and a cooling method for a ship liquid cargo tank. The cooling system comprises a spraying pipe, at least one control valve, a valve opening adjusting unit, a central controller and at least one temperature sensor. One end of the spraying pipe is connected with the spraying liquid, and the other end of the spraying pipe extends into the liquid cargo tank. The at least one control valve is arranged on the spraying pipe; the control valve comprises a driving part and a feedback unit; and the valve opening adjusting unit is in driving connection with the driving part of each control valve. And the central controller is in signal connection with the feedback unit on each control valve and is in signal connection with the valve opening adjusting unit. And the temperature sensor is arranged in the liquid cargo tank and is in signal connection with the central controller. Therefore, when the temperature drop rate fed back by the temperature sensor is too large or too small, the valve opening degree of the control valve can be adjusted by controlling the valve opening degree adjusting unit, and the temperature drop rate or the cooling rate can be automatically adjusted.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶液货舱的冷却系统及冷却方法,冷却系统包括喷淋管、至少一个控制阀、阀门开度调节单元、中央控制器及至少一个温度传感器。喷淋管的一端与喷淋液连接,另一端延伸至液货舱内。至少一个控制阀设置于喷淋管上,控制阀包括驱动部及反馈单元。阀门开度调节单元与每个控制阀的驱动部驱动连接。中央控制器与每个控制阀上的反馈单元信号连接,且与阀门开度调节单元信号连接。温度传感器设置于液货舱内,且与中央控制器信号连接。由此,当温度传感器反馈的温降速率过大或过小时,本发明可以通过控制阀门开度调节单元调节控制阀的阀门开度,实现自动化的对温降速率或冷却速率进行调节。
