The invention provides a sliding plate chassis device with a transversely-arranged shock absorber and capable of achieving a large turning angle. The sliding plate chassis device comprises a driving module, a U-shaped bolt and a vehicle frame device. The driving module comprises a hub motor, a steering system and a suspension system, and the independent driving function of the chassis can be achieved. The four vehicle driving modules are fixed to four vehicle frame right-angle beams of the vehicle frame device through U-shaped bolts respectively. Compared with the scheme that many shock absorbers are vertically arranged at present, after the shock absorbers are transversely arranged, a flat plate type structure of the sliding plate chassis can be achieved, enough installation space is provided for an upper vehicle body or a cabin, the vehicle body or the cabin and the chassis device can be completely decoupled, and modular design of the vehicle body or the chassis is greatly facilitated. Meanwhile, the four wheels are independently steered, and a steering motor in the steering system can drive a steering knuckle to rotate at a large angle, so that the skateboard chassis device not only can realize steering at a large rotating angle, but also can realize the functions of transverse running, inclined running, in-situ steering and the like.
本发提供了一种减振器横置的可实现较大转角的滑板底盘装置,包括行驶模块、U形螺栓、车架装置。行驶模块包含轮毂电机、转向系统、悬架系统,可实现底盘的独立行驶功能。四个车辆行驶模块通过U形螺栓分别固定在车架装置的四个车架直角梁上。相较于目前采用较多的减振器竖向布置方案,减振器横置后,不仅能使滑板底盘实现平板式结构,为上装车身或座舱提供足够的安装空间,也能使车身或座舱与底盘装置完全解耦,极大地利于车身或底盘的模块化设计。同时也因四轮独立转向,且转向系统中的转向电机能带动转向节实现较大角度的旋转,所以滑板底盘装置不仅能实现较大转角的转向,还能实现横行、斜行、原地转向等功能。
