The invention discloses a cast aluminum front auxiliary frame which comprises an auxiliary frame body, a front cross beam, a rear cross beam, a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam. The front cross beam and the rear cross beam are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the auxiliary frame body respectively. The left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are fixedly connected with the inner sides of the left ends and the right ends of the front cross beam and the rear cross beam respectively. A middle cross beam is arranged on the inner side of the front cross beam and the inner side of the rear cross beam, and front suspension supports are symmetrically fixed to the front upper side of the middle of the middle cross beam; and extending small offset collision brackets are symmetrically fixed at the outer end of the front cross beam. According to the cast aluminum front auxiliary frame, the number of parts is reduced, the number of molds is reduced, the process steps are reduced, and the production takt is improved; the integral casting welding-free connector is adopted, reduction of mechanical performance of materials after welding is avoided, reliability of the auxiliary frame is improved, a small offset collision structure and a direct collision collapsing structure are integrated, the collision requirement is met, rigidity of a control arm point and a suspension point is improved, weight reduction and weight reduction are facilitated, looseness of a bottom protection plate point is avoided, and the service life of the auxiliary frame is prolonged. And the casting qualification rate of the auxiliary frame is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铸铝前副车架,包括:副车架本体、副车架本体前后两端分别设置的前横梁和后横梁及前横梁和后横梁左右两端内侧分别固定连接的左纵梁和右纵梁;还包括:所述前横梁和后横梁的内侧设置有中间横梁,且中间横梁的中部前上侧对称固定有前悬置支架;所述前横梁的外端对称固定有延伸的小偏置碰支架。该铸铝前副车架,便于减小零件数量,减少模具数量,减少了工艺步骤,提升生产节拍;整体式铸造无焊接接口,避免了焊接后对材料机械性能的降低,提升了副车架的可靠性,且集成了小偏置碰结构及正碰溃缩结构满足了碰撞需求,提升了控制臂点及悬置点刚度,便于减重与轻量化,并避免了底护板点的疏松,提升了副车架铸造合格率。
