The frame comprises a front beam, a rear beam, a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam, and the front cross beam, the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are all aluminum rectangular profiles; the rear cross beam is an aluminum profile, and the outer contour of the rear cross beam isrectangular; x-shaped reinforcing ribs are additionally arranged in the rear cross beam; the front cross beam, the rear cross beam, the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam are welded into a full-frame-shaped structure through a front cross-longitudinal-beam right connecting support, a front cross-longitudinal-beam left connecting support, a rear cross-longitudinal-beam left connecting support and a rear cross-longitudinal-beam right connecting support. A front lower swing arm front lining left installation support, a front lower swing arm rear lining left installation support and a left front suspension supporting pipe are welded to the left longitudinal beam, a front lower swing arm front lining right installation support, a front lower swing arm rear lining right installation support and a right front suspension supporting pipe are welded to the right longitudinal beam, and a left rear suspension installation support and a right rear suspension installation supportare welded to the rear cross beam. The self-weight of the front auxiliary frame can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle is increased.
本发明涉及一种新型铝制全框式前副车架,包括前横梁、后横梁、左纵梁、右纵梁,前横梁、左纵梁、右纵梁均为铝制矩形型材,后横梁为铝制型材且外轮廓为矩形结构,后横梁内部增设有X型加强筋条,前横梁、后横梁与左纵梁、右纵梁通过前横纵梁右连接支架、前横纵梁左连接支架、后横纵梁左连接支架、后横纵梁右连接支架焊接成全框形结构,左纵梁上焊接有前下摆臂前衬套左安装支架、前下摆臂后衬套左安装支架、左前悬置支撑管,右纵梁上焊接有前下摆臂前衬套右安装支架、前下摆臂后衬套右安装支架、右前悬置支撑管,后横梁上焊接有左后悬置安装支架、右后悬置安装支架;本发明能够最大限度地减轻前副车架自身质量,增加了整车续航里程。
