The invention provides a train fault scheduling method, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a current inter-station track of a train under the condition that the train has a fault; the distance between the parking lot and the train is within a set distance range, wherein the parking lot at least comprises an idle trailer head; at least one route between the parking lot and the current inter-station track of the train is determined, the road segment obstruction factor of each road segment on the route is determined, and the road segment obstruction factor represents the obstruction degree of other trains in the road segment to the operation of the trailer head; selecting a target route from the at least one route based on the road segment hindering factor of each road segment on the route, the hindering degree of the target route being lower than the hindering degree of any other route in the at least one route; and scheduling the trailer head to run to the current inter-station track of the train according to the target route.
