The invention provides a battery cell equalization judgment method and device, a vehicle controller and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: charging at least two groups of single battery combinations with different capacity deviations under a standard working condition, and for each group, obtaining a first voltage difference between the single batteries in the group when the single batteries are charged to different SOC values according to a preset reference parameter determination strategy, determining a battery cell capacity deviation calibration parameter of the group according to the first voltage difference and the corresponding SOC change value; when the SOC change value exceeds a first SOC threshold value in the charging process of the power battery, according to a second voltage difference between the maximum-voltage single battery and the minimum-voltage single battery and the SOC change value, obtaining a battery cell capacity deviation actual parameter; and obtaining a battery cell balance judgment result according to the battery cell capacity deviation actual parameter and the battery cell capacity deviation calibration parameter. According to the invention, the capacity of each single battery tends to be consistent more conveniently and quickly, the equalization time is shortened, the over-charge or over-discharge risk is effectively reduced, and an early warning prompt is given.

    本发明提供了一种电芯均衡判定方法、装置、车辆控制器以及介质,方法包括:在标准工况下对至少两组容量偏差不同的单体电池组合充电,对于每一组,按照预设参考参数确定策略在充电至不同的SOC值时获取组内单体电池之间的第一电压差,并根据第一电压差和对应的SOC变化值确定该组的电芯容量偏差标定参数;在动力电池充电过程中在SOC变化值超过第一SOC阈值时,根据最大电压单体电池和最小电压单体电池间的第二电压差以及SOC变化值,获取电芯容量偏差实际参数;根据电芯容量偏差实际参数和电芯容量偏差标定参数得到电芯均衡判定结果。本发明能够更加便捷和快速地使得各单体电池的容量趋于一致并缩短均衡时间,有效降低过充或者过放风险并给出预警提示。
