The invention provides a battery cell balancing method and device for a power battery, a vehicle controller and a medium. The method comprises the following steps which are iteratively executed in a battery cell equalization process: acquiring an equalization channel priority of each monomer; whether the actual temperature of the PCB is smaller than or equal to a first temperature preset value is judged, and if yes, equalization channels of all the to-be-equalized monomers are opened; calculating the predicted temperature of the PCB according to the actual temperature of the PCB and the to-be-equalized monomer of the currently opened equalization channel; and according to the PCB predicted temperature, the first temperature preset value, the PCB actual temperature, the second temperature preset value and the equalization channel priority of the to-be-equalized monomer of the currently opened equalization channel, determining a to-be-closed monomer, and closing the equalization channel of the to-be-closed monomer. According to the invention, no hardware cost needs to be increased, on the premise that the temperature of the PCB is controllable, the equalization starting time is prolonged, and the equalization efficiency is improved, so that the consistency of the power battery is improved more quickly, and the service efficiency and the service life of the power battery are improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于动力电池的电芯均衡方法、装置、车辆控制器及介质。方法,包括在电芯均衡过程中迭代执行以下步骤:获取每一个单体的均衡通道优先级;判断PCB实际温度是否≤第一温度预设值,若是,开启所有待均衡单体的均衡通道;根据PCB实际温度及当前开启均衡通道的待均衡单体计算PCB预测温度;根据PCB预测温度、第一温度预设值、PCB实际温度及第二温度预设值以及当前开启均衡通道的待均衡单体的均衡通道优先级确定待关闭单体并关闭待关闭单体的均衡通道。本发明无需增加任何硬件成本,就能够在保证PCB温度可控制的前提下,延长均衡开启时长,提高均衡效率,从而使得动力电池的一致性得到更快速的提升,提升动力电池的使用效率和寿命。
