The invention relates to a gear shifting control method and device for a dual-motor multi-gear mechanism. The dual-motor multi-gear mechanism comprises a first motor, an A-shaft first/second-gear synchronizer, an A-shaft third-gear one-way synchronizer, a first-gear output gear one-way synchronizer, a second motor, a B-shaft first/second-gear synchronizer and a B-shaft third-gear one-way synchronizer. The A-shaft first/second gear synchronizer and the A-shaft third-gear one-way synchronizer are driven by the same gear shifting hub, and the B-shaft first/second gear synchronizer and the B-shaft third-gear one-way synchronizer are driven by the same gear shifting hub. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a gear and a target gear of the current dual-motor multi-gear mechanism; executing a corresponding gear shifting strategy according to the current gear and the target gear; and after gear shifting is finished, the working position of the one-way synchronizer of the first-gear output gear is controlled according to the current working condition. The torque load of the two motor output transmission system can be more balanced, and the service life of the transmission system can be prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种双电机多档机构的换档控制方法及装置,双电机多档机构包括第一电机、A轴一/二档同步器、A轴三档单向同步器、一档输出齿轮单向同步器、第二电机、B轴一/二档同步器和B轴三档单向同步器;A轴一/二档同步器和A轴三档单向同步器由同一个换档毂驱动,B轴一/二档同步器和B轴三档单向同步器由同一个换档毂驱动;控制方法包括:获取当前双电机多档机构的档位和目标档位;根据当前档位和目标档位执行相应地换档策略;换档结束后,根据当前工况,控制一档输出齿轮单向同步器的工作位置。本发明可以使两个电机输出传动系统的扭矩负载更加均衡,有利于延长传动系统的使用寿命。
