The vehicle liquid cooling heat management system comprises an integrated kettle, a motor unit, a charging unit, a battery pack, a water heater and a radiator; through the five-way reversing valve, the integrated kettle forms the following water through holes: a battery water inlet, a battery water outlet, a motor water inlet, a radiator water outlet, a radiator water inlet and a motor water outlet; the method comprises the steps that the environment temperature of the environment where a vehicle is located is obtained; the vehicle control unit outputs a control signal to the integrated kettle based on the environment temperature; the integrated kettle controls on-off of the five-way reversing valve based on a control signal, so that the integrated kettle is communicated with one or more of the motor unit, the charging unit, the battery pack, the water heater and the radiator. According to the invention, three cooling liquid circulation modes are realized, a thermal management strategy can be finely calibrated in combination with a load signal, and the energy consumption is reduced.
