The invention provides a vehicle liquid cooling heat management test method and device, a liquid cooling unit and electronic equipment, and the test method comprises the steps: obtaining the battery temperature and the battery charge state of a to-be-tested battery in the charging and discharging process of the to-be-tested battery; if the battery temperature is in a set temperature interval and the battery charge state is greater than a first set charge state, acquiring a water inlet temperature of the liquid cooling unit; controlling the operation mode of the liquid cooling unit according to the water inlet temperature so as to adjust the battery temperature of the to-be-tested battery; and under the condition that the battery temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature, controlling the liquid cooling unit to be shut down. Therefore, according to the method, the temperature of the water inlet is used as the judgment standard for switching the operation mode by the liquid cooling unit so as to carry out the heat management test, and the rationality and convenience of the heat management test of the liquid cooling unit are improved.
本发明提出一种车用液冷热管理的测试方法、装置、液冷机组和电子设备,所述测试方法包括:在待测电池充放电过程中,获取待测电池的电池温度和电池荷电状态;如果电池温度处于设定温度区间,且电池荷电状态大于第一设定荷电状态,则获取液冷机组的入水口温度;根据入水口温度,对液冷机组的运行模式进行控制,以调节待测电池的电池温度;在电池温度小于或等于设定温度的情况下,控制液冷机组关机。由此,该方法由液冷机组将入水口温度作为切换运行模式的判断标准,以进行热管理的测试,提高了液冷机组热管理测试的合理性和便捷性。
