The invention discloses a mooring ball double-motor winch anchoring device. The device adopts a double-motor design, and the two motors are respectively used for lifting, releasing and recovering the mooring ball. The lifting and releasing motor recycles energy in the lifting and releasing process of the mooring ball through the kinetic energy recycling device and stores the energy to the energy storage device, and meanwhile, braking force is provided for the winch, the lifting and releasing speed is controlled, and braking is provided. The recycling motor is connected with the winch through the speed reducer to recycle the mooring cable, and the recycling motor can obtain energy from the energy storage device in the recycling process. Meanwhile, a switcher is designed to realize connection and disconnection between the two motors and the winch; and a rope guider is designed, so that the cable is uniformly wound on a winding drum of the winch. According to the invention, the demand of the system for external energy is reduced through energy recovery and reutilization, matched power supply facilities are reduced, and great convenience is brought to field operation.
本发明公开一种系留球双电机卷扬机锚泊装置。该装置采用双电机设计,两个电机分别用于系留球的升放与回收。升放电机通过动能回收装置在系留球升放过程中进行能量回收并存储至储能装置,同时为卷扬机提供制动力,控制升放速度和提供制动。回收电机通过减速器连接卷扬机进行系留缆回收,回收过程中回收电机可以从储能装置中获取能源。同时设计切换器实现两个电机与卷扬机间的连接与断开;以及设计排绳器实现缆绳的均匀缠绕在卷扬机的卷筒上。本发明通过能量回收和再利用降低系统对外部能源的需求,减少了配套供电设施,极大方便了野外作业。
