When the torque sensor detects that the torque of the propeller power assembly is increased, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls the movable cutting knife power assembly to increase the torque, at the moment, the movable cutting knife is driven by the movable cutting assembly to be matched with the fixed cutting knife to cut sundries, and when the torque sensor detects that the torque of the propeller power assembly reaches the maximum value, the fixed cutting knife is driven by the fixed cutting knife to cut sundries. And the torque sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the propeller power assembly to stop working, so that the problems that after the propeller is wound, the unmanned underwater vehicle needs to be searched manually, and the working intensity is high and the operation is not safe due to the fact that the unmanned underwater vehicle is cut by a manual diving cutter can be effectively solved.

    本发明提出了一种推进器防缠绕装置,包括推进器动力装置、固定割刀组件、活动割刀组件以及推进器,固定割刀组件安装在推进器动力装置上,推进器动力装置包括推进器动力组件、活动割刀动力组件、连接座、力矩传感器和控制器,当力矩传感器检测到推进器动力组件的力矩增大时,发送信号到控制器,控制器控制活动割刀动力组件增加扭矩,此时,活动切割组件带动活动割刀配合固定割刀切割杂物,当力矩传感器检测到推进器动力组件的力矩到达最大值时,此时,力矩传感器发送信号到控制器,控制器控制推进器动力组件停止工作,能够有效解决在推进器被缠绕后,需人工搜寻无人潜航器,并通过人工潜水用刀具切割除掉工作强度大且很不安全的问题。
