According to the positioning and mounting method for the ship shafting base, the position and the allowance of the shafting base are determined through a digital measurement method instead of a traditional method that a steel wire is pulled by a primary pull wire and a measuring tape is used for measurement, the method is high in precision, and follow-up correction operation of the base is avoided. Particularly, for height positioning of the bases, the deflection of the bottom plate is considered, an average deflection calculation method is adopted, the height position where the average deflection is located serves as the height reference of the bases, actual installation of the bases is considered, the problem that the height difference of the bases is too large is solved, and the centering degree of the shafting bases is guaranteed. The installation method is convenient and fast, and manpower resources and crane matching resources are saved. The technological method serves as a novel method and replaces a traditional primary wire drawing technology, the dock shafting engineering period is shortened, and the dock/slipway rhythm building rhythm is met.

    本发明提供一种船舶轴系基座的定位安装方法,该定位安装方法通过数字化测量的方法替代传统初拉线拉钢丝及卷尺测量的方法确定轴系基座位置及余量,此方法精度高,避免后续基座的修正作业。尤其是对于基座的高度定位,考虑到底板的挠度,采用平均挠度的计算方法,以平均挠度所在的高度位置作为基座高度基准,以兼顾到各个基座的实际安装,避免了各基座高度相差过大的问题,保证轴系基座的对中度。本发明的安装方法便捷,节省了人力资源及吊车配合资源。此工艺方法作为一种新型方法,替代了传统的初拉线工艺,节省了船坞轴系工程周期,满足船坞/船台节拍化建造节奏。
