The invention discloses a mounting method of an LNG ship shafting shaft locking device, which comprises the following steps of: welding and fixing a fixed base on a ship body structure on one side of a second shaft flange, placing a vertical column on the fixed base, placing a locking block on the vertical column, inserting a sleeve into a shaft locking disc from one side of the second shaft flange, and locking the shaft locking disc on the vertical column; the positions of the locking block and the stand column are adjusted according to the sleeve to ensure that the plunger on the locking block can be inserted into the sleeve, after the locking block and the stand column are adjusted in place, the locking block and the stand column are fixed, and the sleeve is taken down, so that a gap between the plunger and a plunger hole in the shaft locking disc can be effectively ensured, and the plunger is prevented from being misaligned with the plunger hole in the shaft locking disc; therefore, the mounting precision and the mounting efficiency of the lock shaft device are improved.
本发明公开了一种LNG船轴系锁轴装置的安装方法,该方法先将固定基座焊接固定在第二轴法兰一侧的船体结构上,将立柱放在固定基座上,将锁块放在立柱上,然后再将套筒从第二轴法兰一侧插入锁轴盘,根据套筒来调整锁块以及立柱的位置以保证锁块上的柱塞能插入套筒,调整到位后,再固定锁块和立柱,并将套筒取下,能够有效保证柱塞和锁轴盘上的柱塞孔之间的间隙,防止柱塞与锁轴盘上的柱塞孔不对中,从而提高了锁轴装置的安装精度和安装效率。
