The invention belongs to the field of energy efficiency design level evaluation of newly-built ships, and particularly relates to a method for evaluating the energy efficiency design level of a newly-built ship with alternative fuels, which comprises the following steps of: equivalently converting unit energy consumption of alternative fuels of main and auxiliary machines of a newly-built ship into unit energy consumption of traditional fuels of the main and auxiliary machines through an energy conservation principle; the method comprises the following steps of: obtaining equivalent traditional fuel unit total energy consumption of a main engine and an auxiliary engine by additionally adding the traditional fuel ignition oil unit energy consumption of the main engine and the auxiliary engine, further calculating the reduction proportion of an EEDI (Electronically Educed Data Interference) reaching value compared with a required EEDI value by virtue of an existing EEDI reaching value calculation method, a baseline value calculation method and a required EEDI value calculation method, and representing the advantages and disadvantages of the ship energy efficiency design level according to the size of the proportion. Therefore, a set of evaluation method for evaluating the energy efficiency design level of the alternative fuel ship is designed, and the problem that a scheme for evaluating the energy efficiency design level of the alternative fuel ship is lacked in the current industry is solved.
本发明属于新造船能量效率设计水平评估领域,具体涉及一种替代燃料新造船能量效率设计水平的评估方法,将新造船主辅机替代燃料单位能耗通过能量守恒原理等效转换成主辅机传统燃料单位能耗,额外加上主辅机传统燃料点火油单位能耗,得到主辅机等效的传统燃料单位总能耗,进而借助现有EEDI达到值计算方法、基线值计算方法、需要的EEDI值计算方法,然后计算EEDI达到值相比需要的EEDI值降低比例,比例的大小表征船舶能效设计水平的优劣,从而设计出一套评价替代燃料船舶的能量效率设计水平的评估方法,解决目前业界缺少一个评价替代燃料船舶能效设计水平方案的问题。
