The invention relates to a ship body barnacle brushing robot which comprises a rack, a removing unit, a walking adsorption unit and a camera, and the removing unit is located on the front portion of the rack and used for removing barnacles attached to a ship body; the walking adsorption units are located on the two sides of the rack and drive the robot to walk and be adsorbed to a hull. The camera is used for underwater observation; the removing unit comprises an ultrasonic machining mechanism, and the ultrasonic machining mechanism comprises an ultrasonic power source for generating high-frequency electric signals, a transducer for converting the electric signals into mechanical vibration, an amplitude-change pole for enhancing vibration and an ultrasonic cutter for cutting barnacles. The cleaning unit further comprises a cleaning brush for cleaning barnacle cutting residues; the walking adsorption unit comprises a driving motor, a magnetic track and a propeller, the driving motor is used for driving the magnetic track to walk, the magnetic track is used for being magnetically adsorbed to the hull, and the propeller is used for propelling the robot to be adsorbed to the hull. The barnacles on the surface of the ship body are removed with small resistance, and meanwhile the barnacles can be adsorbed to the ship body on the water and under the water.

    本发明涉及一种船体藤壶清刷机器人,包括机架、清除单元、行走吸附单元、摄像头,清除单元位于机架前部,对船体附着的藤壶进行清除;行走吸附单元位于机架两侧,驱动机器人行走以及吸附于船体;摄像头用于水下观测;清除单元包括超声加工机构,超声加工机构包括产生高频电信号的超声电源、将电信号转化为机械振动的换能器、增强振动的变幅杆和切削藤壶的超声刀具;清除单元还包括清洗藤壶切削残留的清洁刷;行走吸附单元包括驱动电机、磁性履带和推进器,驱动电机用于驱动磁性履带行走,磁性履带用于与船体磁性吸附,推进器用于推进机器人吸附于船体。本发明实现以较小的阻力对船体表面的藤壶进行清除,同时实现水上、水下都能吸附于船体。
