The invention provides an attachment coefficient and wheel end pressure estimation method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps that if the running road surface of the vehicle is a split road surface, it is confirmed that a first adhesion coefficient of the first side of the vehicle is obtained according to the front axle valve pressure and the rear axle load of the vehicle; confirming that a second adhesion coefficient of the second side of the vehicle is obtained according to the front axle load and the rear axle load of the vehicle; according to the first adhesion coefficient and the second adhesion coefficient, first braking force of front wheels on the first side of the vehicle is obtained, and first wheel end pressure of the front wheels on the first side of the vehicle is obtained according to the first braking force and a braking force coefficient; and according to the second adhesion coefficient, the braking torque of the front wheel on the second side of the vehicle is obtained, and the second wheel end pressure of the front wheel on the second side of the vehicle is obtained according to the braking torque and the braking force coefficient. According to the method, the adhesion coefficient and the wheel end pressure of the open road surface can be estimated.
