The invention discloses a vehicle kinetic energy recovery method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that target vehicle driving information is obtained, and the driving information at least comprises deceleration pedal working condition information and vehicle navigation information; multiple kinetic energy recovery modes are determined based on the kinetic energy recovery strength value of the target vehicle and/or the kinetic energy recovery time required for reaching the kinetic energy recovery strength value, the kinetic energy recovery strength values of the kinetic energy recovery modes are different, and/or the kinetic energy recovery time required for reaching the kinetic energy recovery strength value is different; a target kinetic energy recovery mode is determined based on the driving information of the target vehicle in the current time period, self-adaptive real-time adjustment is conducted on the target kinetic energy recovery mode, and the target kinetic energy recovery mode is one of multiple kinetic energy recovery modes; and the target vehicle is controlled to conduct kinetic energy recovery based on the target kinetic energy recovery mode adjusted in real time. According to the technical scheme, the kinetic energy recovery of the target vehicle can be efficiently, quickly and accurately adjusted to the state required by a user.
