The invention relates to a driving heating control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method comprises the steps of driving heating strategy starting condition judgment; starting a driving heating strategy, and judging the size of required motor heat production power; calculating the required heating power distributed to the motor; the loss power generated by the motor under the corresponding working condition point at the moment is found in the normal operation map of the motor and compared with the required heat generation power of the motor; continuously starting a motor driving heating mode, monitoring motor stator winding and cockpit temperature changes, and redistributing motor driving heating power requirements according to requirements; and judging whether to stop motor driving heating. According to the method, the heating power requirements of a passenger compartment and a battery are rapidly and efficiently obtained in real time in the driving process, heating output power of a motor, PTC, a heat pump and the like is distributed according to the proportion, and working condition points are selected for operation; according to the method, on the basis that the normal performance output of the whole vehicle in the driving process is met, the heat production output of the motor is adjusted in real time according to the heating requirement and changes of various judgment conditions.

    本发明涉及一种永磁同步电机行车加热控制方法,包括行车加热策略开启条件判断;开启行车加热策略,判断需求电机产热功率大小;计算出分配给电机的需求加热功率;在电机正常运行map中找到此时对应工况点下电机产生的损耗功率,并与需求的电机产热功率进行对比;持续开启电机行车加热模式,监测电机定子绕线与驾驶舱温度变化,按需对电机行车加热功率需求重新分配;判断是否停止电机行车加热。本方法在行车过程中快速、高效实时获取乘员舱与电池加热功率需求,按照比例分配电机、PTC、热泵等加热产出功率,选取工况点运行;本方法在满足行驶过程中整车正常的性能输出基础上,并实时根据加热需求以及各种判断条件的变化调整电机产热输出。
