The invention relates to a forced driving permanent magnet synchronous steel belt motor and a control method thereof. The driving body is arranged on one side of the mounting bracket and connected with the mounting bracket, and the driving body is provided with a driving shaft; one end of the steel belt is fixedly arranged on the driving shaft, and the other end is fixedly connected with a target object; the steel belt is driven by the driving body to rotate along with the driving shaft so as to be wound and unwound on the driving shaft. The detection piece is arranged on the other side of the mounting bracket and is connected with the driving shaft; wherein the steel belt is wound and unwound on the driving shaft along with the rotation of the driving shaft so as to change the diameter of the driving shaft and further change the rotation data of the driving shaft; the detection piece detects rotation data of the driving shaft and feeds back the rotation data to the driving body, the driving body compares the received rotation data with a preset value domain, and when the rotation data is not in the preset value domain, driving parameters of the driving body are adjusted so that the rotation data of the driving shaft can be in the preset value domain. The overall structure of the elevator can be reduced, and the overall occupied space of the elevator is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种强制驱动永磁同步钢带电机及其控制方法,包括:安装支架;驱动本体,设置于安装支架的一侧且与安装支架连接,驱动本体具有驱动轴;钢带,一端固定设置在驱动轴上,另一端与目标物固定连接;钢带在驱动本体的驱动下,随驱动轴旋转以收放于驱动轴上;检测件,设置于安装支架的另一侧且与驱动轴连接;其中,钢带随驱动轴的旋转收放于驱动轴上,以改变驱动轴的直径,继而改变驱动轴的转动数据;检测件检测驱动轴的转动数据并反馈至驱动本体,驱动本体将接收到的转动数据与预设值域做比对,转动数据未在预设值域内时,调整驱动本体的驱动参数以使驱动轴的转动数据在预设值域内。其可以减小电梯整体的结构,降低电梯整体的占用空间。
