The invention provides a control method and device of a motor controller, the motor controller and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of motor control. The method comprises the steps that when a preset self-check activation condition is met, a preset hardware device of the motor controller is reset, and the preset self-check activation condition comprises that the motor controller is in an initialization mode; judging whether the preset hardware device is in a fault state or not according to the acquired current operation information; when the preset hardware device is not in the fault state, judging whether the acquired zero angle storage information is valid or not; and when the zero angle storage information is valid, the motor controller is controlled to enter a standby mode. According to the method, the preset hardware device is reset firstly and then whether the preset hardware device is in the fault state is judged, so that the situation that the latched state cannot reflect the current actual situation is avoided. And comprehensive identification of control risks possibly caused by faults of the preset hardware device and invalid zero angle storage values is carried out in advance, so that the operation reliability of the motor controller is effectively improved.

    本发明提供了一种电机控制器的控制方法、装置、电机控制器及车辆,涉及电机控制技术领域。该方法包括:当满足预设自检激活条件时,对电机控制器的预设硬件装置进行复位,其中,预设自检激活条件包括电机控制器处于初始化模式;根据已获取的当前运行信息判断预设硬件装置是否处于故障状态;当预设硬件装置未处于故障状态时,判断已获取的零位角度存储信息是否有效;当零位角度存储信息有效时,控制电机控制器进入待机模式。本发明通过首先对预设硬件装置进行复位再判断其是否处于故障状态,避免锁存的状态无法反映当前的实际情况。提前进行预设硬件装置故障以及零位角度存储值无效可能造成的控制风险的全面识别,有效提高电机控制器运行的可靠性。
