The invention provides a control method and device of a motor controller, the motor controller and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, the method comprises the following steps: when the motor controller is in an initialization mode and abnormal reset of the motor controller is detected, a locking mode is migrated; obtaining a current operation state of the switch element and determining a target operation mode according to the current operation state; the unlocking mode is migrated, the motor controller is controlled to enter a target operation mode, and the target operation mode comprises a torque control mode and a fault protection mode. According to the invention, when the abnormal reset of the motor controller is determined, the migration of the locking mode is beneficial to avoiding the unexpected torque response, and the operation reliability of the motor controller is improved; the target operation mode of the motor controller is determined according to the current operation state, the reasonability and reliability of the target operation mode can be improved, the fault protection mode is beneficial to avoiding power system disorder caused by abnormal reset, and the operation reliability of the motor controller is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种电机控制器的控制方法、装置、电机控制器及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域,该方法包括:当电机控制器处于初始化模式,且检测到电机控制器出现异常复位时,锁定模式迁移;获取开关元件的当前运行状态并根据当前运行状态确定目标运行模式;解锁模式迁移,控制电机控制器进入目标运行模式,目标运行模式包括扭矩控制模式和故障保护模式。本发明在确定电机控制器出现异常复位时,锁定模式迁移有利于避免非预期的扭矩响应,提升电机控制器运行的可靠性;根据当前运行状态确定电机控制器的目标运行模式,能够提高目标运行模式的合理性和可靠性,其中故障保护模式有利于避免异常复位而引发的动力系统紊乱,进一步提升电机控制器运行的可靠性。
