The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle battery safety, in particular to a battery pack cut-off assembly which comprises a first triggering unit, a second triggering unit, a third triggering unit, a fourth triggering unit and a fourth triggering unit, and the first triggering unit is configured to enter a first triggering state in response to receiving of an instruction for cutting off connection between a battery pack and a vehicle body; the second triggering unit is configured to enter a second triggering state under the condition that the first triggering unit enters the first triggering state and the battery pack is subjected to thermal runaway; and the self-cut-off unit is used for connecting the battery pack with the vehicle body and is configured to be self-cut off to allow the battery pack to move relative to the vehicle body in response to the second trigger unit entering the second trigger state. The invention also relates to a related battery pack mounting structure, a method for controlling the battery pack cut-off assembly, a battery pack safety control system and a vehicle. Through a multi-locking structure and a corresponding redundant design of multiple confirmation and step-by-step unlocking, the accuracy and response speed of controlling the battery pack to be separated from the vehicle body are improved, and the battery pack can rapidly and stably fall.

    本发明涉及车辆电池安全技术领域,具体涉及一种电池包切断组件,包括:第一触发单元,其配置成响应于接收到用于切断电池包与车辆车身的连接的指令而进入第一触发状态;第二触发单元,其配置成在第一触发单元进入第一触发状态并且电池包发生热失控的情况下进入第二触发状态;和自切断单元,其用于连接电池包与车辆车身,并且配置成响应于第二触发单元进入第二触发状态而自切断以允许电池包相对于车辆车身移动。还涉及相关的电池包安装结构、用于控制电池包切断组件的方法、电池包安全控制系统和车辆。通过多重锁定结构以及相应的多重确认并逐级解锁的冗余设计,提高了控制电池包从车辆车身脱离的准确性和响应速度,使得电池包能够快速平稳地下落。
