The invention relates to a full-decoupling brake-by-wire method and system, and is applied to the technical field of brake-by-wire, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether a fault exists or not when the brake-by-wire system is normally powered on; if yes, entering a mechanical backup braking mode; if not, whether a pedal is in a power-on state or not is detected; if the pedal is not in the power-on state, entering a normal brake-by-wire mode; if the pedal is in the power-on state, whether the pressure in the manpower cylinder at the power-on moment is larger than a first pressure threshold value or not is judged; if the pressure is not greater than the first pressure threshold value, entering a normal brake-by-wire mode; if the pressure value is larger than the first pressure threshold value, a pedal power-on braking mode is started, and target braking pressure is determined according to the stroke of the mechanical push rod and the pressure detected by a manual cylinder pressure sensor; if the brake-by-wire system is not powered off, returning to detect whether the brake-by-wire system has a fault; and if power is off, the process is ended. The brake pressure is output, and the brake pedal feeling is taken into account.

    本申请涉及一种全解耦式线控制动方法及系统,应用于线控制动技术领域,方法包括:当所述线控制动系统正常上电时,检测其是否存在故障;若是,则进入机械备份制动模式;若否,则检测是否处于踩踏板上电状态;若未处于踩踏板上电状态,则进入正常线控制动模式;若处于踩踏板上电状态,则判断上电瞬间人力缸中的压力是否大于第一压力阈值;若不大于第一压力阈值,则进入正常线控制动模式;若大于第一压力阈值,则进入踩踏板上电制动模式,以根据机械推杆的行程,并结合人力缸压力传感器检测到的压力确定目标制动压力;若线控制动系统未下电,则返回检测线控制动系统是否存在故障;若下电,则流程结束。本申请保证输出制动压力并兼顾制动踏板感。
