The invention relates to a full-decoupling brake-by-wire method and system which are applied to the technical field of brake-by-wire, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the brake-by-wire system is normally powered on or not; if normal power-on is not carried out or a fault exists after normal power-on, a mechanical backup braking mode is entered; detecting whether the brake-by-wire system is in a pedal power-on state or not if the brake-by-wire system is normally powered on and has no fault; if not, entering a normal drive-by-wire brake mode; if yes, whether the stroke of the mechanical push rod at the power-on moment is larger than a first stroke value or not is judged; if not, entering a normal drive-by-wire brake mode; and if yes, entering a pedal power-on braking mode so as to control the simulation cylinder loop isolation valve to be kept in a closed state, controlling the manual cylinder loop isolation valve to be switched from an open state to a closed state after being electrified, and determining target braking pressure according to the stroke of the mechanical push rod and the pressure detected by the manual cylinder pressure sensor. The output of brake pressure can be ensured and the brake pedal feeling is considered.

    本申请涉及一种全解耦式线控制动方法及系统,应用于线控制动技术领域,方法包括:检测线控制动系统是否正常上电;若未正常上电或正常上电后存在故障,则进入机械备份制动模式;若正常上电且不存在故障,则检测线控制动系统是否处于踩踏板上电状态;如果否,则进入正常线控制动模式;如果是,则判断上电瞬间机械推杆的行程是否大于第一行程值;如果否,则进入正常线控制动模式;如果是,则进入踩踏板上电制动模式,以控制模拟缸回路隔离阀保持关闭状态,控制人力缸回路隔离阀通电后由打开状态变换为关闭状态,根据机械推杆的行程,并结合人力缸压力传感器检测到的压力确定目标制动压力。可保证制动压力的输出并兼顾制动踏板感。
