The second flow pipe leads to the first flow pipe as a bypass refrigerant flow path downstream of the heat exchanger in the refrigerant flow direction, and the valve has an inlet for the refrigerant, a first refrigerant outlet connected to the first flow pipe, and a second refrigerant outlet connected to the second flow pipe, the valve has a valve element with a passage and an expansion recess, the valve element being fluidly connected to the first refrigerant outlet or the second refrigerant outlet such that refrigerant passes through the first flow conduit and the heat exchanger, or such that refrigerant passes through a bypass refrigerant flow path of the second flow conduit, thereby bypassing the heat exchanger, and during the process, the valve element is fluidly connected to the first refrigerant outlet or the second refrigerant outlet. The refrigerant may expand into the first flow conduit or the second flow conduit.
