PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight refrigerant heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A refrigerant heat exchanger includes flow passage partitioning members 22. The flow passage partitioning member 22 is made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic. The flow passage partitioning member 22 includes pipe portions 31 for forming a refrigerant passage in a partitioning manner. The flow passage partitioning member 22 includes plate portions 32 spreading out from the pipe portions 31. In the pipe portion 31, carbon fiber 41 is oriented to surround the pipe portion 31. This orientation contributes to pressure resistance in the radial direction in the pipe portion 31. In the plate portion 32, the carbon fiber 41 is oriented to extend from the pipe portion 31. This orientation contributes to improvement of the mechanical strength in the plate portion 32. The carbon fiber 41 extends over both of the pipe portion 31 and the plate portion 32. This orientation promotes heat transfer between the pipe portion 31 and the plate portion 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
