The tipping pulley suspension device comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, a connecting piece, a lifting hook, a self-locking type wire suspension mechanism and an insulating rope, the upper portion of the connecting piece is of a threaded structure and can be connected into a threaded hole in the lower portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle in a threaded mode, and the lifting hook is connected to the lower portion of the connecting piece. The self-locking wire suspension mechanism can be hung below the lifting hook, the insulating rope penetrates through the pulley below the self-locking wire suspension mechanism, the unmanned aerial vehicle is adopted to replace manual pole climbing to suspend and overturn the pulley, the safety of fault elimination operation is improved, the physical consumption of operators is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the suspension distance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is not limited, the unmanned aerial vehicle can reach all positions needing defect elimination on the power transmission conductor, comprehensive defect elimination between adjacent power transmission towers or telegraph poles is achieved, locking is achieved through the self-locking conductor suspension mechanism, falling is prevented, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了基于无人机的倒翻滑轮悬挂装置,包括无人机、连接件、吊钩、自锁式导线悬挂机构、绝缘绳索,所述连接件上方为螺纹结构,能够螺纹连接在无人机下方的螺纹孔内,所述吊钩连接在连接件的下方,所述自锁式导线悬挂机构能够挂接在吊钩下方,所述绝缘绳索穿过自锁式导线悬挂机构下方的滑轮,该装置采用无人机代替人工登杆悬挂倒翻滑轮,提升了故障消缺作业的安全性,降低作业人员体能消耗,提高作业效率,同时无人机的悬挂距离没有限制,能够到达输电导线上所有需要消缺的位置,实现相邻输电铁塔或电线杆之间的全面消缺,采用自锁式导线悬挂机构实现闭锁,防止掉落,降低安全隐患。
