The invention relates to a method for verifying process adaptability before formal processing of a material part for an aircraft landing gear, and the method comprises the steps: 1, selecting an adaptive material according to the structural load analysis of the part for the aircraft landing gear, and determining the initial size of a typical structure of the part as a test piece for verification; step 2, performing rough machining and heat treatment on the selected test piece, and verifying material characteristics; 3, performing magnetic powder inspection and shot blasting treatment on the selected test piece material; 4, performing cadmium-titanium plating, hard chromium electroplating, flame spraying and the like on the test piece material; compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the environmental state, the stress condition and the like can be simulated to the greatest extent when the parts for the undercarriage are used, so that the process verification carried out according to the process verification method can better verify the process adaptability of a certain new material when multiple new processes are cooperatively implemented, and the method has practical reference significance.

    本发明涉及一种飞机起落架用材质零部件正式加工前验证工艺适应性的方法,所述方法包括:步骤1.根据飞机起落架用零部件结构载荷分析选取相适应的材质,确定零部件典型结构的初步尺寸,作为验证的试验件;步骤2.对选用的试验件进行粗加工、热处理并对材料特性进行验证;步骤3.对选用的试验件材料进行磁粉探伤及喷丸处理工艺;步骤4.对试验件材料实施镀镉‑钛、电镀硬铬工艺、火焰喷涂工艺等;所述方法具有的优越技术效果在于:能够最大限度模拟起落架用零部件使用时的环境状态、受力情况等,所以按此工艺验证方法进行的工艺验证,能更好地验证某新材料在多种新工艺配合实施时的工艺适应性,更具有实际参考意义。
