The invention relates to a method for verifying a surface shot peening strengthening process of a part for an A-100 steel aircraft landing gear, and relates to the technical field of aircraft take-off and landing systems.The method comprises the following steps that S1, a test piece to be verified is obtained; s2, carrying out rough machining and finish machining molding on the test piece; s3, performing magnetic powder inspection and heat treatment on the test piece; s4, performing a surface shot peening strengthening process on the test piece; s5, physical characteristics of all materials of the test piece in the verification process are sorted, data are input, marks are pasted, filing is carried out, and the test piece is subjected to rust-proof treatment and then sealed for later formal preparation of aircraft landing gear parts for use. Through comparison verification in multiple aspects, the optimal process parameters of the surface shot peening strengthening of the A-100 material test piece are determined, and the adaptability of the surface shot peening strengthening process of the A-100 steel material part is verified.
