A mechanical ocean mining automatic control device comprises a floating ball, a backfilling box, a mineral material box and a lifting appliance. A metal shell is arranged outside the floating ball, an air bag is arranged inside the metal shell, ports are formed in the two ends of the metal shell, and the port in one end is an air port of the air bag; the other end is an oil port; a lifting lug is arranged outside the floating ball; the lifting lugs are connected with lifting appliances, the backfilling box uses a first lifting appliance, the mineral material box uses a second lifting appliance, and when the floating ball sinks into the sea, the bottom of the backfilling box is lower than the bottom of the mineral material box by h meters; a self-control hook is further arranged below the first lifting appliance, a lifting rope is arranged on the backfilling box and hung on the self-control hook, and opening of the self-control hook is controlled by the stress of the second lifting appliance. According to the device, when ore loaded on the seabed of a mineral material box of a deep-sea buoyancy mining system reaches a rated quantity, the system automatically unloads a backfilling box, and the mineral material box is carried to float to the sea surface; and the deep-sea mining system automatically backfills the seabed with the seabed mud, and seabed ore is conveyed to the sea surface.
一种机械式海洋采矿自控装置,包含浮球,回填箱,矿料箱,吊具;浮球外部为金属壳,金属壳内部设有气囊,金属壳二端均设有端口,其中一端端口为气囊的气口;另一端为油口;浮球外部设有吊耳;吊耳上连接着吊具,回填箱使用第一吊具,矿料箱使用第二吊具,在浮球沉海时,回填箱的底部比矿料箱底部低h米;第一吊具下还设有自控挂钩,回填箱上设有吊装绳,吊装绳悬挂在自控挂钩上,自控挂钩的打开,由第二吊具受力大小控制。该装置实现深海浮力采矿系统的矿料箱在海底装载矿石达到额定量时,系统自动卸载回填箱,携带矿料箱上浮至海面;完成对深海采矿系统自动将海底泥浆回填海底,海底矿石运送至海面。
