The embodiment of the invention discloses a flexible lock shaft device, which comprises a hollow sleeve with two open ends; the outer ring is arranged in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve and is fixed in the hollow inner cavity of the sleeve through a fixing piece, an annular step extending inwards is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring, and the steering engine shaft is inserted from the bottom of the outer ring and is arranged in an inner circle of the annular step; the damping ring is arranged on the step and used for providing damping for the steering engine shaft; the pressing ring is used for tightly pressing the damping ring on the step; and the fastening sleeve is movably connected with the outer ring and used for adjusting the pressing degree of the pressing ring on the damping ring. A backlash gap of the steering engine is avoided, and navigation noise and abrasion of the steering engine are reduced.

    本发明实施例公开了一种柔性锁轴装置,包括:套筒,所述套筒中空,两端开口;外圈,所述外圈设于所述套筒的中空内腔,并通过固定件固定在所述套筒的中空内腔中,所述外圈的底部设有向内延伸的环形台阶,所述舵机轴自所述外圈的底部插入,设于所述环形台阶的内圆中;阻尼圈,所述阻尼圈设于所述台阶上,用于为舵机轴提供阻尼;压环,所述压环将所述阻尼圈压紧在所述台阶上;紧固套,所述紧固套与所述外圈活动连接,用于调节压环对阻尼圈的压紧程度。避免了舵机存在回空间隙,减少了航行噪音及舵机的磨损。
