The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater robots, and particularly discloses an underwater unmanned vehicle fishing net breaking prevention device which comprises a bow built-in expandable reciprocating type cutting mechanism. The expandable reciprocating cutting mechanism with the built-in bow comprises a first driving assembly, a reciprocating expansion assembly and a first cutting assembly which are sequentially connected in the horizontal direction facing the outside of the bow, and the reciprocating expansion assembly comprises a rotating disc and a triangular supporting frame which are coaxially connected in the horizontal direction; the first driving assembly is used for driving the rotating disc to rotate to drive the first cutting assembly to vertically stretch out and retract back on the surface of the triangular supporting frame. The reciprocating expansion assembly can smoothly push the first cutting assembly to extend out of the bow in the vertical plane so as to cut a Y-shaped notch, so that an underwater vehicle body can pass through without obstacles, manpower and material resources are greatly saved, and the requirements of emergency net breaking and long-distance net breaking are met.

    本发明属于水下机器人技术领域,具体公开了一种水下无人航行器防破渔网装置,包括艏部内置式可扩张往复式切割机构,所述艏部内置式可扩张往复式切割机构包括在朝向艏部外部的水平方向上依次连接的第一驱动组件、往复扩张组件、第一切割组件,所述往复扩张组件包括在水平方向上同轴连接的旋转盘和三角支撑架,所述第一驱动组件用于驱动旋转盘旋转带动所述第一切割组件在三角支撑架表面垂直伸出和缩回。本发明的往复扩张组件可以顺利的推动第一切割组件在垂直平面内伸出艏部以切割出Y型缺口,使得水下航行器机身无障碍通过,极大地节省人力、物力,满足应急破网和远距离破网的需求。
