The invention belongs to the field of underwater unmanned navigation, and discloses a fishing net breaking device for an underwater unmanned vehicle, which comprises a bow telescopic rotary cutter mechanism and a back foldable cutter mechanism, and the bow telescopic rotary cutter mechanism and the back foldable cutter mechanism are respectively connected to a built-in integrated driving mechanism. According to the underwater fishing net breaking device, circumferential cutting breaking type cutting is achieved through the telescopic rotating cutter head mechanism on the bow, linear large-range cutting is achieved through the foldable cutter mechanism on the back, and it is guaranteed that the underwater vehicle can break a fishing net in the complex underwater environment through the two cutting modes. In order to improve the integration degree and the platform adaptability of the fishing net breaking device and realize light-weight carrying, the integrated driving mechanism and the bow telescopic rotating cutter head mechanism are designed in the same cabin section. The multi-form modularized linkage net breaking device has three different forms including a standby form, a warning form and a working form, and the effect and reliability of the unmanned underwater vehicle for automatically breaking the fishing net are improved.

    本发明属于水下无人航行领域,公开了一种用于水下无人航行器的渔网破除装置,其包括艏部可伸缩旋转刀盘机构、背部可折展割刀机构,两机构分别连接于内置式集成驱动机构。本发明的艏部可伸缩旋转刀盘机构实现周向切破除式切割,背部可折展割刀机构则实现线性的大范围切割,两种切割方式保证了水下航行器能在复杂的水下环境中破除渔网。为了提高渔网破除装置的集成化程度和平台适配性,实现轻量化搭载,本发明将集成驱动机构和艏部可伸缩旋转刀盘机构设计在同一舱段内。本发明采用的多形态模块化、联动破网装置具备待机形态、警戒形态、工作形态等三种不同形态,提高了水下无人航行器自主破除渔网的效果和可靠性。
