The invention discloses a fender support structure which comprises a first support and a second support. The first support is of an L-shaped structure, and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the horizontal plane of the first support so that the first support can be fixed to a vehicle body. A plurality of square nuts are welded on the vertical surface of the first bracket; the second support is of an L-shaped structure, the vertical face of the second support is connected with the square nut on the vertical face of the first support through a bolt, the two ends of the vertical face of the second support are each provided with a rivet nut, and the two rivet nuts provide installation points for the fender. By designing the structures and the connection modes of the cast aluminum support and the metal plate steel support, the installation requirements of high-performance installation points are met, and the connection mode that the gap surface difference between the headlamp and the fender is adjustable is achieved. Meanwhile, casting integrated design of supports with different functions can be achieved, the number of installation supports is reduced, the installation precision of the fender is improved, partition flexible design meeting the performance requirements of different installation points is achieved, the weight of a vehicle body is reduced, and the development cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种翼子板支架结构,包括第一支架和第二支架;第一支架呈L形结构,其水平面上设有多个安装孔,以将第一支架固定在车身上;第一支架的竖直面上焊接有多个方螺母;第二支架呈L形结构,其竖直面与第一支架的竖直面上的方螺母通过螺栓连接,第二支架的竖直面的两端均设有拉铆螺母,两个拉铆螺母为翼子板提供安装点。本发明通过设计铸造铝支架、钣金钢支架结构及连接形式,满足高性能安装点安装需求及实现前大灯与翼子板间隙面差可调的连接形式。同时本发明可以实现不同功能支架的铸件一体化集成设计,减少安装支架数量,提高翼子板的安装精度,实现满足不同安装点的性能要求分区柔性化设计,降低车身重量,节约开发成本。
