The invention provides a dryer for an air supply unit of an air suspension. The dryer is used for drying compressed air. High-temperature and high-humidity compressed air enters an annular cavity formed between the inner wall of the dryer shell and the drying chamber and generates cyclone, meanwhile, the temperature of the compressed air is reduced under the heat dissipation effect of fins of the dryer shell, vaporous water in the compressed air is condensed to form liquid water, the liquid water is separated from the compressed air under the effect of the cyclone and the labyrinth, and the compressed air is separated from the drying chamber. And most moisture in the compressed air can be removed in the process. A water collecting opening is formed in the bottom of the dryer and communicates with an external electromagnetic valve, in the back flushing process of the air supply unit on the drying agent, the electromagnetic valve is opened, and liquid water at the bottom of the dryer is removed through back flushing compressed air. The compressed air after cooling and dewatering enters the drying agent to be dried, the overall drying effect of the dryer is improved, the saturation risk of the drying agent is reduced, and the service life of the drying agent is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种空气悬架供气单元用干燥器,对压缩空气进行干燥。高温高湿的压缩空气进入干燥器壳体内壁与干燥室间形成的环形腔室并产生旋风,同时,压缩空气在干燥器壳体翅片的散热作用下,温度降低,压缩空气中气态水冷凝形成液态水,液态水在旋风及迷宫作用下与压缩空气分离,堆积在干燥器底部,此过程可除去压缩空气中多数水分。干燥器底部设有集水口,集水口与外部电磁阀连通,在供气单元对干燥剂反吹过程中,电磁阀打开,利用反吹的压缩空气将干燥器底部的液态水去除。经降温及除水后的压缩空气进入干燥剂干燥,提升干燥器整体的干燥效果,降低干燥剂饱和风险,延长干燥剂使用寿命。
