    本发明涉及一种翻转下放装置、安装方法及钢管施工方法。翻转下放装置,在主起升机构通过吊索吊住压力钢管一端时,通过副起升机构的吊索下放压力钢管另一端,使得能够以第一吊点为转动中心,下放第二吊点使得压力钢管能够翻转,且翻转过程中,能够适应压力钢管翻转后与第二吊点的位置关系,使得可以从水平纵向放置状态翻转为竖直或倾斜状态,且能够通过主桁架移动改变第一吊点的位置;压力钢管能够在上平洞纵向放置并通过翻转下放装置运输至竖井或斜井洞口后,再利用翻转下放装置进行翻转和下放,压力钢管单次运输安装的长度能够更长,这种方式能够提高单次安装长度,进而缩短安装周期,遇到超长竖井或斜井时,施工工期也能更好的保证。
