The invention discloses a mounting device and a construction method for driving a steel pipe pile by an offshore floating crane, the mounting device comprises a guide frame and a floating crane ship, the guide frame comprises a guide cylinder, two parallel main beams and a positioning assembly, one part of each main beam is mounted on a floating crane deck arranged on the floating crane ship, and the other part of each main beam is mounted on the positioning assembly; the guide cylinder is placed on the main beam through a floating crane arranged on the floating crane ship; the positioning assembly is used for positioning the mounting position of the guide cylinder; according to the device, the position of the steel pipe pile is accurately determined through the guide frame, the steel pipe pile can be rapidly positioned according to site conditions, the position of the guide frame is rapidly adjusted through the positioning assembly, the time for moving the guide frame to reposition is shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved; according to the construction method, the guide frame and the floating crane ship are combined, the continuous construction speed is increased through the floating crane, the construction method is more suitable for the sea area construction environment, the guide frame can be installed step by step, and the operation flexibility is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于海上浮吊打设钢管桩的安装装置和施工方法,安装装置包括导向架和浮吊船,导向架包括导向筒、主梁和定位组件,主梁平行设有两个,主梁的一部分安装在浮吊船设有的浮吊甲板上,导向筒通过浮吊船设有的浮吊放置在主梁上;定位组件用于定位导向筒的安装位置;上述装置通过导向架精准确定钢管桩位置,能根据现场情况使钢管桩能快速定位,并且通过定位组件快速调整导向架位置,减少移动导向架重新定位的时间,提高作业效率;施工方法将导向架与浮吊船相结合,通过浮吊加快连续施工速度,更加适合海域施工环境,导向架能分步进行安装,提高了作业的灵活性。
