The invention discloses a hydrofoil control-based robot capable of sliding and sneaking and an application method thereof.The robot comprises a ship body with a supporting column on the lower portion, a propeller and a hydrofoil assembly are arranged on the lower portion of the supporting column, and the hydrofoil assembly comprises a main wing, a connecting rod, an empennage and an adjustable tail vane; one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the main wing, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the empennage and the adjustable tail vane, the two sides of the main wing are each provided with a rotatable main aileron, the empennage is provided with a rotatable tail aileron, and the main aileron and the tail aileron are each provided with a steering engine used for adjusting the vertical swing angle of the main aileron and the tail aileron. The robot aims at achieving high-speed sliding on the water surface and efficient underwater diving, the problem that in the prior art, the moving efficiency of the robot on the water surface and underwater is low is solved, and the adaptability and flexibility of the robot in the water area environment are improved.
