本发明涉及一种应用于集成智能制动系统的HCU结构,包括液压块、助力主缸、模拟器组件和防转件,所述液压块内设有两端贯穿其的助力缸孔,所述液压块中设有与所述助力缸孔连通的液压油路,并在表面设有与所述液压油路连接的阀口,所述助力主缸密封装于所述所述助力缸孔一端,所述防转件密封装于助力缸孔的另一端,所述防转件具有与所述液压通孔连通的柱状通道,所述柱状通道用于容纳活塞杆。通过将助力主缸螺纹旋合在液压块上,取消现有的贯穿并固定装配在液压块上的设计,可以有效减小助力主缸与液压块之间的密封点,减小制动液泄漏的风险,减低了成本,同时通过设置第一密封件和第二密封件实现密封,保证密封效果的同时,减小了过盈量。
